Call Recording
As part of our commitment to providing the best possible service to our customers we record all Inbound and Outbound calls to our Customer Service Centre based in Auckland, and some to and from our Ingham dealerships as required.
Call recording helps us to ensure that our customer service meets your expectations and identify service improvements. We record calls for staff training purposes to improve the quality of our customer service and to ensure the information we provide is consistent and accurate.
Recording automatically stops when the call is disconnected, terminated or transferred.
In the event that you do not wish your call recorded we recommend that you contact us by alternative means.
The recordings are stored securely for up to two years after the date of the call, following which they are securely destroyed. Call recording information is accessible only by authorised Ingham personnel and only for the purposes indicated above.
